overruled. DEPOSITORS WILL NOT LOSE. Enough Assets of Everly Bank to Pay Every Dollar. Special to Times-Republican: Everly, Jan. 24.-Louis Sharnburg,, of this place, has been made cashier of the newly organized bank of Everly. The Everly Bank, which was formerly owned and opreated by John P. Baker, closed its doors two weeks ago yesterday and made an assignment for the benefit of his creditors, with F. N. Wood, of Everly, as assignee. A small sized run was inaugurated from a rumor that the condition of the bank was not of the best, and at 11 o'clock Mr. Baker closed its doors and made an assignment with no preferred creditcrs. There is no doubt but what there is enough of assets to pay every dollar to the depositors. Mr. Baker is a man who has the respect of all, and has an excellent standing in the cominunity.
