Two Business Sites Sold By Bank Receiver Tuesday Sales of two Sumner business sites, offered by J. P. Murphy, receiver for the Bank of Sumner, were confirmed in Bremer county district court Tuesday by Judge J. J. Clark. The other site is directly across the street, and this went to Jas. McMeans for $1,350. This site has 42 feet of frontage, and the building on the ground is now used by Dr. G. J. Sexton, the Grannemann Feed store, the Briggs second hand store, and the Sumner Oil Co. He will be given possession March 1.
