BOND HOLDERS GET $101,000. Receiver Paid This Sum Into Court for Winne Creditors. Wichita, Kan., Aug. 4.-Charles Smyth, receiver of the Land Credit Trust company of which Scott E. Winne was president, paid into the district court today $101,000, which is to be divided among the bondholders of the Winne Mortgage company. The directors of the Land Credit Trust company were sued by the bondholders of the mortgage company and the $101,000 is in settlement of the claim and the suit.
