Clarence Henry Edward Bodenberg to Alma Margareta Fruchtnicht, both of Napoleon. New Cases Paul Martin vs. Charles Martin, divorce. Grace E. Hughes, admr. of estate of Lavina Demaree, decd., vs. Hattie L. Naylor for money had and received. Clarence E. Baker, et al. vs. Wilbur J. Baker, et al., to sell real estate. Laura Henderson vs. John Leullen, Myrtle Leullen, possession and damages. Batesville State Bank, receiver under appointment of the Ripley circuit court in cause No. 9450, etc. vs. John Peters and Nellie Peters, husband and wife. W. M.
