BEG YOUR PARDON Lloyd L. Boyce, a witness in the Florence Mosher divorce trial, who was identified by lawyers as the owner of a monument company in Clinton, Ia., is in no way connected with the W. L. Boyce Memorial Art company, of Clinton, according to a letter from the owner, W. L. Boyce. The letter stated that Lloyd Boyce, who is a son of W. L. Boyce, was employed as a salesman two years ago but is not connected with the firm in any capacity at present. A list of fees paid to bank receivers and their attorneys, printed on Jan. 22, said that State Senator Arthur A. Huebsch received $9,022 as attorney for the receiver of the Congress Park State bank. This was stenographic error, Senator Huebsch's fee having been only $750. the limitations of the assessment statute. He asked the cooperation of all taxpayers, and assured them that treatment would be uniform. The making of this assessment is too important to be stopped by this or any group which is seeking to tear down government. I can't let them get away with statements made here tonight, most of which are inaccurate, many more of which are half truths. My answer is that for the first time in 30 years the county will have a live personal property roll on which every item is collectable. My office, working all this out the short period of seven months, has maintained to the highest degree the integrity of the roll."
