MASTER IN CHANCERY'S SALE State of Illinois, County of Dewitt, ss. In the circuit court of said county. Frank S. Bevan, executor of the estate of John L. Bevan, deceased; plaintiff, vs. Elizabeth A. Hougham, William Hougham, Joseph W. Edwards, Goffrey E. Ladew, Wealthy Ladew, Virginia Jane Brock, formerly Virginia Brock Linden, Henry Linden, Waynesville State Bank of Waynesville, Illinois, an Illinois Banking corporation, and H. T. Swigart, receiver of the Waynesville State Bank of Waynesville, Illinois, defendants. Foreclosure Chancery No. 34-85 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of a decree entered on the 5th day of August, A. D. 1935, by said court in the above entitled cause, I, John F. Pearl, Master in Chancery of the circuit court of Dewitt county, Illinois, will, at the hour of 10 o'clock in the forenoon, on Wednesday, the 11th day of September, A. D. 1935, at the east front door of the court house in the City of Clinton, County of Dewitt and State of Illinois, sell at public auction, for cash in hand, to the highest and best bidder, the following described real estate, to-wit: A part of the out lot six (6) to the Village of Waynesville, Illinois, which out lot is located in the east half of the northwest quarter of section thirty-two (32) in township twenty-one (21) north and range one east of the third principal meridian and lies approximately one hundred sixty-four (164) feet south of lot thirty-five (35) in the original Town of Waynesville, the said out lot hereby conveyed may be more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said out lot, running thence west one hundred (100) feet, thence south one hundred (100) feet, thence east one hundred (100) feet, thence north one hundred (100) feet, to the place of beginning. For brevity these premises are hereinafter referred to as tract No. 1. Also, The south five (5) acres off of the west half of the east half of the northwest quarter of section twenty-nine (29) in township twenty-one (21) north and range one (1) east of the third principal meridian; and also lot six (6) in the west half of the east half of the southwest quarter of section twenty-nine (29) in township twenty-one (21) north and range one (1) east of the third principal meridian; and also blocks forty-three (43) and forty-four (44) in Post's addition to the Town now Village of Waynesville; all of which premises are situated in the County of Dewitt and State of Illinois. For convenience all of said premises in this sub-paragraph described are hereinafter referred to as tract No. 2, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the above decree.
