Circuit Court Orders Law Willard Dyle Cody doing business as W. D. Cody Finance Co., (Not Inc.) vs. Leslie Moore and Lou A. Moore. Complaint and Cognovit. Cause docketed on motion of plaintiff. Declaration and affidavit of merits, including proof of the due execution of the instrument sued on and of the warrant of attorney contained therein filed. Carl E.
