Circuit Court Notes Pantagraph Central Illinois Service. PONTIAC.β€”Z. F. Yost, Pontiac, has been appointed special master in chancery for the Waldo township roads injunction suit of John Folkers and others against Glenn D. Butzer and others. Livingston county circuit court Judge Clyde H. Thompson fixed the special master's bond at $500. A trustee to whom Marshall Gordon should account as executor is asked by Winifred Hoker, Harry Patton, Josephine Mack and Ida F. Patton in a suit filed Friday in circuit court, against Marshall and Bertha Gordon. PEKIN.β€”Business transacted in Tazewell circuit court includes the following: Pantagraph Central Illinois Service. The court granted a divorce to Annie Thomas from Hollie Thomas, whom the complainant testified she had married when she was only 16 years old. In the matter of H. Denhart & company order was entered authorizing receiver to compound claim against Milton and Augusta Oesch. James J. Crosby was appointed receiver in the foreclosure suit of Fannie Hamilton et al vs. Inez K. Bollan, and Frank S. Brueckner was appointed receiver in the J. H. Shade, receiver vs. Cora Staufer partition suit. In the Union Central Life Ins. company foreclosure suit against John Sassman, an order of the court appointed Barney Kahn receiver. The case of Myrtle Korb, executrix vs. Order of Railway Conductors was dismissed on motion of plaintiff and cause of action satisfied. In the matter of the Minier State bank the receiver was authorized to sell assignment of judgment against Jeannette Aldridge.
