DELAY NAMING BANK RECEIVER Pratt Depositers Petition for Appointment of Emmet Barker Appointment of a receiver for the Citizens State bank at Pratt has been delayed and is causing some uneasiness reports John Hardesty, president of the bank which closed its doors because of frozen assets. Depositors representing threefourths of those with money in the closed institution have petitioned the state banking department to appoint Emmet Baker, old time resident of Pratt county and mayor of the city. Mr. Barker is pioneer resident and has the reputation of being one of the most substantial citizens of the county Mr. Hardesty says that he is confident every depositor can be paid in full if the affairs of the bank are not bungled. HEADS HAVEN 4-H CLUB Harold Tonn was elected president of the Haven 4-H club at the annual election of officers held at that place.
