Court Notes. District Court was in session on Monday. In Viers vs. Viers, a divorce case, a motion to retax costs had been filed. The motion was partly sustained. In the Schumacher divorce case an order relating to the children was made. The Bank of McCracken against Etzel case came up this time as to the distribution of the crop money. The receiver wanted the money to make some very much needed repairs on the place and to make the house habitable. The court refusee to make any further allowance for repairs but ordered the money paid over to the persons holding mortgages on the crop. Nearly $200 has been held by the clerk pending investigation of the court. Court will be In session on December 6th again.
