BRINGS ACTION ON BANKERS Scott R. Moore, cashier, and Floyd Riederer, vice president of the closed First National Bank of Holton have been made defendants in attach ment actions filed in disWednesday trict court of Jackson county by Hayes, receiver of the bank. His attorneys are Sloan, Hamilton Cole. These are peculiar actions in that the notes involved are not due, and the actions simply to hold the defendants' property until settlement made. The petitions allege that though the notes are not yet due, the defendant in each case about to make sale or or disposition conveyance his property or material part thereof with the fradulent intent of hindering or the collection said defendant's debts. The petition in the case of Scott Moore alleges that, for value ceived. the defendant executed and delivered note dated March 24, 1931, for which now owned and held by the First National Bank. note for 120 days, with interper cent. Another note dated March 25 of $3750 to 180 run and third note dated May 1931. for $1500. to run 90 days. The petition further recites that the defendant made and executed by signing the name of Inez Moore. his and delivered to the bank. for note dated March 25 for to run 90 days.
