MIDWEST SUIT IN CRAWFORD COUNTY Failure to Take Mules Bought Auction Brings Damage Suit. Charles W. Johnson, receiver for the Mid-West State Bank, Fort Scott, filed suit Thursday for money from Crawford in the district court. The bank receiver declared of $393.25 due from Beth to the bank damages.
