Bank of Bardwell Receiver Sues to Collect on Notes Jeff H. Hooker, receiver of the First National Bank of Bardwell, which closed January 28, 1932, has filed suit in United States district court to recover judgments against twelve persons on promissary notes alleged due in amounts varying from $20 to $245.
