NAME RECEIVER FOR EXCHANGE Receiver Asked Until Owners Settle Controversy Everett McDaniels, local attorney, appointed receiver for AnMerchantile Exchange, Inc., 1610 Madison avenue, yesterday circuit court. controversy among stockholders over the appointment manager for the exchange for 1934, is given the reason for the naming of Jonas M. Whetstone has been manager during 1933, and the stockholders are said to be divided regarding the renewal of his contract. McDaniels has been appointed receiver until such time as the stockholders adjust their Plaintiffs who asked for the appointment of receiver Thomas Bronnenberg, James Murphy, Virgil Hoppes, Robert Vestal, Krugler, Elmer Stinson, Fred Seybert, Jesse Hoppes, Henry Stinson, H. Johns, Homer Harmeson, Henry Love, John T. Runk, William Myers, Joseph Lanane, John L. Bird, John R. Ellison, Samuel Hoppes, Quincy Hoppes, ford D. Soals, Jacob Hartzell, Anthony Oliver Harold Conrad and William J. Bulen. Defendants are Jonas Whet stone, as manager and treasurer; John W. Cunningham, president the Board of Directors; Davis, member of the board, and Arthur Hannah, stockholder. Bond in the sum of $5,000 was furnished by Mr. approved Judge Charles Smith. RECEIVER FILES PETITION petition asking authority of the court to distribute about $3,000 trust fund assets that are being held the Farmer's State Bank, Summitville, which the process liquidation, was filed yesterday circuit court by Oscar Vinson, receiver for the bank. The receiver he can pay nine accounts and asks the court advise him as which of the claims classed preferred. The individual sums range from 50 cents to $1,184.55.
