Order of Publication. To the Defendants:— William B. Davis, if living, and if dead, all parties claiming interest under William B. Davis, deceased, or otherwise in the property described hereinafter; J. Murray Bailey, if living and if dead, all parties claiming interest under J. Murray Bailey, deceased, or otherwise, in the property described hereinafter; George H. Brown, if living and if dead, all parties claiming interest under George H. Brown, deceased, or otherwise in the property described hereinafter; Charlotte E. Brown, if living and if dead, all parties claiming interest under Charlotte E. Brown, deceased or otherwise in the property described hereinafter; Helen L. Brown, if living, and if dead, all parties claiming interest under Helen L. Brown, deceased, or otherwise, in the property described hereinafter; Charles Brown, if living and if dead, all parties claiming interest under Charles Brown, deceased or otherwise, in the property described hereinafter; W. H. Cruttenden, if living and if dead, all parties claiming interest under W. H. Cruttenden, deceased, or otherwise in the property described hereinafter; Mary L. Cruttenden, if living and if dead, all parties claiming interest under Mary L. Cruttenden, deceased, or otherwise in the property described hereinafter; and all other parties claiming interest as the heirs, devisees, grantees or claimants under the said defendants above named or otherwise, and all parties claiming interest in and to the following described property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: Lots one (1), two (2), three (3), four (4), and five (5) of Card's Subdivision as per plat filed in Plat Book 4, page 62, in the office of the clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with riparian rights. WHEREAS, It appears from the sworn Bill of Complaint filed herein, that the complainant, M. E. Card, is entitled to an order requiring all of the above named defendants and all persons claiming interest in the said property above described, as the heirs, devisees or grantees or other claimants under the above named defendants or otherwise, and all persons claiming an interest in the above described property to appear to the said Bill of Complaint. NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that you and each of you appear to the said Bill of Complaint filed in the above entitled cause on the 3rd day of November, A. D. 1924, the same being a Rule Day of this court, and in default thereof a decree pro confesso will be entered against you. It is further ordered that this order be published once each week for eight consecutive weeks in The Vero Press, a newspaper published at Vero, St. Lucie County, Florida.
