Reward Is Offered For Inverness Man

Tallahassee, Oct. 13.-A reward of $100 for the arrest of L. E. Carter, assistant cashier of the Citizens Bank of Inverness, Fla., has been offered here by Governor Martin. E. Carter's Arrest TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Oct. 13.-(P) A reward of $100 for the arrest of L. E. Carter, assistant cashier of the Citizens Bank of Inverness, Fla., been offered here by Governor John W. LAST OF BANK CASES CALLED AT INVERNESS

Fender Freed Three on Counts of Indictment

Dec. Trial started today circuit court remaining indictments against Fender, cashier, and Carter, assistant cashier the defunct Citizens' Bank Inverness, which closed Oct. 1928. The men face trial one joint indictCarter is accused separately in another. The jury last night returned verdict guilty three counts against Fender which charged him with false entry money his fourth indictment was thrown out several days ago the beginning the trial because of an error date. The joint indictment remaining against Fender Carter charges embezzlement of $76,500 and the one specifically against Carter charges forgery embezzlement of $420.
