HEASLEY REPLACED AS BANK RECEIVER

Philadelphia, Apr. 8—(AP)—J. E. Hill has replaced Walter X. Heasley as deputy receiver of the McKean County Trust Company and the Conewango Trust Company, Warren. The closed bank division of the department of banking has announced.

The change, effective March 20, was made for "economy and interest of depositors," the division said.

Hill is deputy receiver in charge of six closed banks in the northwestern district.
