NOTES FROM THE DOCKET OF WHITE CIRCUIT COURT Wm. F. Brucker and Wm. N. Loughry, receivers, vs Selina Graves Moody-Defendant files verified motion to dissolve the attachment. State vs Elbridge G. Ricker-Motion for, change of venue from Carroll county sustained, and cause is now changed to Carroll county. Metropolitan Life Ins. vs Thomas M. Jennett et al-Court approves final report of receiver, receiver is discharged and trust is closed. Mutual Benefit Life Ins. Co. vs Thomas J. Humphreys et al-Final report approved, receiver is discharged and clerk ordered to pay to plaintiff funds in his hands for distribution. State VS Farmers State Bank-Receivers file verified petition for an order authorizing them to sell and execute a deed to Jacob T. Miller of Marion county of certain described real estate in White county which is granted. Bonnie Wheeldon VS Virgil Wheeldon-On plaintiff's motion cause is dismissed. Allie Brandt vs John R. RogersFinding that the necessity exists for the appointment of guardian. Gertrude Jackson is appointed guardian. Anthony Mikesell v$ Louisa M, Moncel et al-Cause reassigned for trial for June 3. Geo. A. Shuster vs Anton DeGroot et plaintiff's motion cause is dismissed. Equitable Securities Co. vs Theo of Tippecanoe circuit court files transcript on change of venue to White county. Lafayette Savings Bank vs Mary E. Widmer et al-Defendants failed to comply with the order of the court to file an answer, and make default. John Hancock Mutual Life Ins. Co. vs Robert Chamberlain et al-Adjudged by the court that the plaintiff recover on the promissory notes and mortgage, the sum of $19,449.79, of which amount $926.18 is for plaintiff's attorney, together with the costs of this action; that the mortgage of the plaintiff is first mortgage lien on the real estate and that the equity of redemption of all the defendants be foreclosed and the real estate sold. Will D. McConnell ordered to continue as receiver, Lafayette Savings Bank VS Mary E. Widmer et al-Finding that there is due the plaintiff on the mortgage debt the principal sum of $6500, together with taxes, attorney fees, etc., in all $8421.33. Further ordered that the plaintiff's mortgage is first lien on the real estate, that the equity of redemption of the defendants be foreclosed and the real estate sold. The receiver heretofore appointed shall continue. State, ex rel Luther Symons, Bank Commissioners, vs Farmers State Bank -Receivers file petition asking authority to accept from Elizabeth Graves 10 shares of Union National Savings and Loan Association, Indianapolis, of the face value of $1,000, in consideration of full settlement of suit now pending and in full settlement of any liability on bank stock assessment, and petition is granted as prayed. Receivers authorized to accept stock and to dismiss suit. Wm. F. Brucker et al VS Selina Graves plaintiff's mo- tion cause is dismissed. In the matter of the intervening petition of Chas. H. Murray et Motion for a change of venue from White county sustained by the court and after the parties have stricken according to law, venue of cause ordered changed to Cass county. Stella Stansbury vs Roy Stansbury -Cause assigned for trial for June 8.
