Notice of Final Settlement. No. 2321. Marion Circuit Court. In re State Savings Bank. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Receiver of the State Savings Bank, has this day filed in said Circuit Court his report in final settlement of said trust, and that the same is set for hearing therein on the 23d day of March, 1892, at which time all persons interested in said trust are required to appear in said Court and show cause, If any they have, why said report should not be approved, and the undersigned, as such Receiver. finally discharged.
