Savings Bank Suit
NTACK. N. Y., April 3.-The - Receiver of the Rockland Savings Bank has brought suit against the trustees of the bank, as trustees and 88 individuals, for $33,000, the amount embezzled by the President, Vice-President, Secretary and other officers of the bank, claiming that the trustees are liable for the negligence in allowing the money to be embezzled by the officers.
