ACTION TO FORECL. R. E. MTG. Now comes the plaintiff by McMahon & Conroy, attorneys, and files its complaint herein, together with an affidavit of a competent person, showing that the defendants, Irma Hart and Milton Hart, her husband; Beck Coal & Lumber Company, are not residents of the State of Indiana.
