NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENT. THE STATE OF INDIANA, LAKE COUNTY. IN THE LAKE SUPERIOR COURT, JANUARY TERM, 1917. LAKE COUNTY SAVINGS & TRUST COMPANY OF HAMMOND, IND., RECEIVER OF THE FIRST STATE BANK OF GRIFFITH, INDIANA, AS SUCH RECEIVER, VS. ERNEST DE ST. AUBIN, BLANCHE DE ST. AUBIN, ET AL. CAUSE NO. 15768. ACTION TO FORECL. R. E. MTG. Now comes the plaintiff by McMahon & Conroy, attorneys, and files its complaint herein, together with an affidavit of a competent person, showing that the defendants, Irma Hart and Milton Hart, her husband; Beck Coal & Lumber Company, are not residents of the State of Indiana. Said defendants are therefore hereby notified of the pendency of said action and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of said Court, and that unless they appear and answer or demur therein, at the calling of said cause, on the 26th day of March, A. D. 1917, the same being the 13th day of the next term of said Court to be begun and held in the Court House, Room No. -, at Hammond. in said County and State, on the second Monday of March, A.
