Notice of Sheriff's Sale Under Execution Notice is hereby given that the undersigned sheriff of Randolph county Arkansas, under and by virtue of an execution issued by the clerk of the circuit court of said county on the first day of March. 1915. in a cause lately pending in said court wherein J. J. Lewis as receiver of Security Bank of Ravenden Springs was plaintiff and W. T. Fry. J.G. Fry, U.S. Fry. and Noel Fry, were defendants, and also of another execution issued by said clerk on said date in a cause wherein J. W. Brown as Trustee for Lesser-Ely Cotton Co. was plaintiff and W. T. Fry, J.G. Fry, U. S. Fry, N. A. Fry, John Fry and L.L. Fry were defendants and also of another execution issued by said clerk on 15th days of March, 1915. in a cause wherein said J. WBrown as such trustee aforesaid was plaintiff and W.T. Fry. J. G. Fry. U. S. Fry. and J. G. Frv were defendants, will on Saturday, the 10th day of April, 1915, between the hours of 9 o'clock a. m. and 3 o'clock P.m. sell to the highest and best bidder at public auction at the north front door of the court house in town of Pocahontas, Arkansas. the following described lands in sald county: E½ of NEW of NWM and NWM of NEW of sec. 2 twp 19 north range 2 W: also SWM of SEM of Sec 35; and NEM of NEW of SWM of Sec 35: and NW½ of SEM of Sec 35; and SWM of NEW of Sec 35; and all of the SEM of NEM of Sec 35. lying south of Ease's creek. all said last tracts being in twp 20 N R 2 W, and all of said lands aggregating 218 acres, more or less. Said lands have been levied upon by said sheriff under said executions in the order above named. the said lands appearing of record to be the property of the defendants J. G. Fry and W. T. Fry. Said sale will be on a credit of three months. purchaser to give note with approved personal security for amount of his bid, bearing interest at ten per cent per annum from date of sale until paid, and lien will be retained on said lands to further secure payment of said note.
