CLOSED BANK READY TO PAY AT GLASSBORO

Glassboro, Dec. 22.β€”Several depositors have not yet called for dividend checks which are being paid out by Howard F. Sprow, acting for the State Department of Banking in liquidating the affairs of the old Glassboro Title and Trust Company. Sprow, who is now paying out checks on the third 5 percent dividend to the bank depositors says that there are still a lot of checks unclaimed for the second dividend, which was declared last September.

The settling of the affairs of the bank, closed three years ago, is now speeding up, and there is said to be prospect of the closing of two substantial accounts after the first of the new year, which would permit the paying of still another dividend to the depositors and other creditors. Lawrence Park, local attorney, is the solicitor for the bank receiver.
