Appellate CourtFour caess were submitted to the Knox county court of appeals at the opening session of the court Monday afternoon. The following cases were submitted: Nellie Critchfield vs. Charles V. Critchfield et al. John V. Dirk VS. James Miller, administrator. J. M. Hancock vs. E. F. McClelland. State of Ohio ex rel Joseph H. Meyers vs. the Knox County Commissioners-Submitted on motion to dismiss appeal, which was overruled. Submitted on its merits. The case of Mary A. Kelley vs. the Logan Natural Gas Co. was passed for the present, but will be taken up before adjournment of the court for the reason that the case has been on the assignment for several terms and has never been disposed of. In the matter of the liquidation of the Gambier Banking Co., acting through its superietencent, Harry T. Hall, has been especially assigned for hearing Wednesday. Judge Shields of Canton, Judge Patterson of Ashland, and Judge Houck of Mt. Vernon are conducting the session of court.
