Judge McEvoy continued the matter in the case of Stroberg against Stroberg, local contracting firm. in bankruptcy. The hearing was held for the purpose of securing the court's decision on the acceptance of bids received by the receiver for personal and real estate in the bankrupt estate. A continuance to allow counsel to investigate the bids was granted.
