FIVE INDICTED IN TAZEWELL May Grand Jury Returns True Bills in Larceny Cases. Pantagraph Central Illinois Service. May grand which made report to Judge Ingram in the circuit court Saturday, returned indictments against five persons. Three indictments were returned against Jules Nauman of this city charging him with burglary and larceny. Two indictments charge him with entering the Louis Gleich store on East Court street on May 13 and 18, and one charges him with attempting to rob the Hoffert store at Eighth and Catherine streets April 15. Indictments were returned charg George Landrith, Beebout, "Buss" Edwards and Roy Catterton with robbery of the Star school house Spring Lake township and another indictment against the same defendants them with malicious at the Calloway school, also in Spring Lake. TWO DECREES GRANTED Judge Ingram presided at session circuit court Saturday morning. In the Parley Phillips, executor. vs. John O'Hara, decree entered construing the will of John O'Hara In the matter of the Green Valley bank, the receiver was granted authority to deposit certain funds with the Chicago Title and Trust company. The case of Fred Opper VS. Edward Wright, for specific performance was referred to the master. In the case of the Pekin Loan company vs. Wesley Schrieber, foreclosure of chattel mortgage, report of sale by the sheriff was approved and order for deficiency judgment entered. The master's report was approved and order for foreclosure entered in the suit of T. L. H. association Charles J. Viola similar order was entered the association's foreclosure against Frank E. Marsh.
