Platt, as State Bank Commissioner of the State of Idaho, having in charge of and liquidating the affairs and as Receiver of the Boise State Bank, Limited, a corporation, J. G. Fralick, Commissioner, Bureau of Banking of the State of Idaho, Ben Q. Pettengill, as Receiver of the Boise State Bank, Limited, in the matter of winding up the affairs of the said Boise State Bank, Limited, an insolvent bank and trust company, Jewel H. Roberts, and all unknown persons claiming an interest in Lot 18 and the West half of Lot 19, Block 29, Melchers Addition to the City of Payette, County of Payette, State of Idaho, according to the amended plat thereof, the above named defendants. You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed against you in the District Court of the Seventh Judicial District of the State of Idaho in and for the County of Payette, by the above named plaintiff. This action is brought to quiet title to Lot 18 and the West half of Lot 19, Block 29, Melchers Addition to the City of Payette, County of Payette, State of Idaho, according to the amended plat thereof, and for costs of this action.
