# Suit For Life Insurance. W. D. Riter, administrator of the estate of the late Charles Bunting, yesterday commenced suit in the district court against Daniel Wolstenholme for an accounting and for the recovery of a portion of the proceeds of a life insurance policy in the sum of $50,000 on the life of deceased, written by the New York Life Insurance company. The cause of action is stated that by decree of court in the case of M. C. Thum, receiver of the defunct banking firm of C. Bunting & Co. of Blackfoot, Ida., the estate and creditors of deceased are entitled to $45,233.19 as their share of the policy, the bank receiver having the remainder, but that defendant, a brother-in-law of deceased, in fraud of the creditors of the estate, refuses to pay over the sum claimed.
