On motion of Ray, seconded by Brabander, the following Resolution was adopted:
RESOLUTION
Whereas, Pennington County had on deposit in the Bank of Wasta, Wasta, South Dakota, some $5000.00, which said bank suspended business on the 21st. day of June 1932, and
Whereas, said deposit was secured by the pledging of five Joint Stock Farm Loan bonds of the Dallas Joint Stock Land Bank, Dallas, Texas, of the face value of Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00), No. M-80928 to M. 80932 inclusive, bearing five percent, dated November 1, 1922, due November 1, 1952, and
Whereas, the market value of said bond is now sufficient to liquidate the account,
Therefore, Be It Resolved, That the Treasurer of Pennington County be authorized to deposit the bonds with the examiner in charge of the Bank of Wasta for the purpose of sale of said bonds to liquidate the account.

On motion of Ray, seconded by Whitehead, the levy for County purposes of 11.26 mills was approved.
On motion of Brabander, seconded by Whitehead, the minutes of the meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Ray, seconded by Brabander, the Board of County Commissioners adjourned to meet again Tuesday, October 1, 1935 at 9:00 o'clock A. M.
