Receiver for Union Trust Company. SIOUX CITY, Dec. 29.-(Special Telegram.) -The Union Trust company 'was today placed in the hands of C. A. Hollister, as receiver on application of W. T. Honsiger, vice president of the company. The liabilities of the company are $135,000. and the assets have a face value of about $238,000. Of the liabilities about $85,000 are of debenture bonds, guaranteeing notes of which more than $33,000 worth are past due. The company had been unable to realize on mortgages, but Receiver Hollister, who has been secretary, says it will pay out and resume business.
