TO SELL BANK ASSETS Receiver to Close Up Business of Farmers State of Denison. Special to The Nonpareil. DENISON, Ia., Dec. 28.- The remaining assets of the Farmers State bank, which closed its doors several years ago, will be offered for sale Jan. 8 by the state banking department. F. W. Yeadon, the local receiver, will have the sale in charge. Publication is being made in, newspapers of the names 01 those who owe the bank and of the notes in judgment and stock assessment not paid. QUINCY, Ill-Gerald Arnold, farm youth of Ursa, Ill., raced a Burlington train to grade crossing with fatal result. The train struck his car and he was killed.
