COURT HOUSE NEWS Linville To Be Attorney For Center Point Bank Receiver Judge B. Clark today approved the Linville, local attorney, as attorney for the receiver the Linn County Savings bank at Center Point, which closed last Monday night. A. Andrew, state banking superintendent, is receiver for the bank. Two Seek Divorce. Two for divorce filed in the county clerk's office today. Bess seeks from Norman G. Probasco on charge of habitual drunkenand asks property settlement and $100 month alimony. Mrs. Mary M. Michel suit divorce from Joseph Michel, farmer near Spring Brook in Jackson on cruelty charges, and custody their children property settlement.

Inventory Of Center Point Bank Is Filed In Court The report and showing the list of assets and liabilities the Linn County Savings bank Center Point which closed its doors last month was filed in district court this forenoon by Andrew state banking and receiver for the bank, and the approval of Judge H. Ring disposal of of the claims held by the bank was also approved by Judge Ring. W. C. Gulick Not Involved. Initials of the Mr Gulick who was indicted by the grand jury are not W. as appeared yesterday's story in The Gazette and Republican, was learned today. According to the county attorney's office the man indicted lives near Central City Walter Gulick. 1518 B avenue northwest, has no connection with the case, Charged With Breakin. A true information charging alias with breaking and entering was filed in the county clerk's today by County Attorney Carl Hendrickson Mason charged breaking Nesper Service 217 Third street on Jan and stealing check protector and some checks.

MANY ACCIDENT SUITS IN LAST CASES FILED Walter Schmitt Defendant In Action For $16,242 For Death Of Geo. Koehler; 120 Suits Two Days. Automobile crashes awoke echoes in district court actions as damage and personal injury suits based on motor accidents poured into the district court hopper for the March term the last day of filing passed Saturday. Nearly 120 aggrieved persons "took to court in Linn county during closing filing for the district court term Friday and Saturday.
