Commissioner's Sale Notice is hereby given, thatin pursuance of the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Chancery Court of Randolph county, made and entered on the 8th day of March A. D. 1922 in a certain cause then pending therein between Chas McKee, Bank Commissioner, State of Ark. Charge[of Affairs of Bank of Black Rock, Black Rock, Ark. & Liberty Central Trust Co., St. Louis, Mo complainants, and J. J. Edgington & Mrs. J. J. (Anna) Edgington defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Courts will offer for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder, at the South door or entrance of the county Courthouse, in which said Court is held, in the County of Randolph within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on Saturday the 27th day of May A. D. 1922, the following described real estate; to-wit: Beginning at t b e north east corner or SW1-4 of NE1 4 of Sec. 23. Twp 18, north range one (1) west, running Iwest on north of said forty acre track to the east line of Cherry Hill School Lands, School District 78, thence south, with the east line of said school lands to the south east corner thereof; thence due east to the east line of said SW1-4 of NE1-4 of Section 23, township 18, north rangeone (1) west; thence north with east line of said 40 acres to point"of beginning in Randolph County, Arkansas. Terms of sale: Ona credit of three months, the purchaser beingiequired to execute a bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of ten per cent per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money.
