Bank Sale Contract Approval Requested Lincoln, Neb., March 27 (AP).โJ. C. Railsback, conservator for the defunct National Bank of Ashland, today asked the federal court here to approve a contract for sale to the Citizens National bank of Ashland of assets of the closed institution for $152,999. Its form was approved, but the court did not act on the amounts. The Citizens National agrees to pay 70 per cent of unsecured liabilities and liabilities not entitled to priority, totaling $122,667. The contract calls for the purchase by the Citizens National of secured liabilities of the old bank at 100 per cent value, totaling $30,332.
