Following are the proceedings: Copeland vs. Wabash, stipulations filed in continument, continued as per stipulations filed. State vs. Gilbert, motion to retax cost filed. Gulick vs. Stuart, answer filed. Canada vs. Ritchie, case heard by court. Lewellen vs. C. & A. R. R. Co., motion for new trial sustained by consent and cause dismissed at defendant's cost. Clay vs. Board and Owen, appeal taken. Collier & Greer, appeal taken. Hatcher vs. Emerson, appeal taken. Miller vs. Crigler et al, on trial. Crigler et al vs. City of Mexico et al, defendant files motion to dissolve injunction; continued to next term. Lakenan & Barnes vs. McNama & Elliott, motion to garnishee allowance fee; continued.
