Peyton, Commissioner of Banks of the State of Minnesota, have taken possession of the property and business of the First State Bank, Glenville, Freeborn County, Minnesota, and am liquidating its affairs pursuant to the laws of the State of Minnesota, Now, Therefore, Notice Is Hereby Given, That all persons who may have claims against said bank shall make legal proof thereof and file same with me at my office in the State Capitol at St. Paul, Minnesota, on or prior to Friday, February 12th, 1932, and I hereby direct that this notice

NOTICE Will those who have papers in Safety Boxes in the First State Bank, please come and get their papers and return the box keys. We have sold the building and have to give possession. Bank Receiver. Last Saturday evening Miss Alice Funfar left for Chicago in company with her cousins, Evelyn and Frank Dedic, who will spend the summer with their father. Mrs. L. R. Davidson (Cecil Bighley) and two children of Bothell, Wash. arrived Saturday for a visit with her mother Mrs. Etta Bighley, and brother Delevan, and other relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Booen of Miles City, Mont. called on his sister, Mrs. Geo. Lubiens one day last week enroute to Ohio.
