Articles describe the Seminole County Bank as 'defunct' with a receiver appointed and the former president (Forrest Lake) convicted for misuse/false entries connected to the bank's failure. No article mentions a depositor run. Therefore this is a suspension/closure driven by bank-specific adverse information and legal/solvency problems; receiver (E. H. Ashcraft) was active by Sept 1929.
