Description

July 1915 article denies a suspension and attributes circulating reports to rumors after a nearby bank failure and a suicide. By November 28, 1915 a receiver (D. L. Green) is advertising sale of the bank's lots, building, furniture and fixtures, indicating the bank was placed in receivership and closed permanently. The sources do not describe a depositor run; sequence is best classified as a suspension/closure with receivership.
