BANK RECEIVER NAMED George E. Plower has been appointed receiver of the defunct First National bank of Seale. A telegram from H. M. Dawes, comptroller of the currency, was received by Mr. Plower Tuesday notifying him of the appointment and instructing him to proceed to Seale and to take charge of the bank's affairs at once.
