Wiseonsin Bank News. Milwaukee, Aug. 5.-A dispatch from Sparta says that the Bank of Sparta, which suspended a few days ago will reopen its doors today. M. A. Thayer, operating banks at Sparta and Tomah, has made an assignment. Depositors will receive about 60 cents on the dollar The Waupaca National bank it expected to resume in a few days.
