Dill of Prescott, Wis., as receiver of the Prescott State Savings bank at that place. This is another one of the defunct banks of A. C. Probert of Washburn, Wis. It is expected that its assets are about $3,000 (some of them being Probert's individual notes), and liabilities about $25,000 or $30,000.
