This from the Prairie du Chien Courier: If any of our friends have money on deposit in the Bank of Boscobel, we counsel them to do everything before they permit their interests to go into litigation. Take warning from the fate of the depositers of the 'Bank of Prairie du Chien' when that institu-tion went into liquidation. The receivers, lawyers, and court expenses eat up all the funds, and all the real estate and buildings besides, and the poor depositors never got one cent. They could have saved everything had they kept out of litigation.
