Plankinton Suit Decided. Milwaukee, Aug. 21.-The long drawn out and bitterly contested suit brought by Receiver Henry Herman against the former receivers of the Plankinton bank has been decided by Judge Silverton in favor of the defendants. The decision was signed by the judge Saturday and placed on file here. The court holds that the settlements made by William Plankinton and Irving M. Bean with Ferdinand Schlesinger were proper.
