Depositors in the Hatley Given Judgments Circuit Court Allows Claims Of Creditors Who Placed Money There number of actions resulting from the suspension of the Hatley State bank because of the defalcations of Cashier Anton Grade were heard jointly circuit court late yesterday afternoon. The complaints in these cases alleged that the bank clared September 1932, and that the time the plaintiffs held valid claims against the bank either savings checking accounts, shown pass books or other evidence, but such debtedness not shown on the books of the bank. The state commissioners who have had charge bank since its failure had fused receive the claims recognize them the suits resulting.
