PROPERTY AT RECEIVER'S SALE. By order of Chancellor Curtis, two dwellings of the Equitable Trust Company, Nos. 1517 and 1519 Franklin St., deeded by Henriette Kuratle, were sold at receiver's sale today. The former property was purchased by William J. Fisher for 85000, and the latter house was bought by Leonard E. Wales for $6300. Return of the sale will be made to the Chancellor on Saturday. The Delaware Trust Company was receiver. Leonard E. Wales was solicitor for the complainant, and Harry Emmons, Hugh M. Morris, C. W. Smith, Philip L. Garrett, were solicitors for the defendants.
