BANK RECEIVER SUED Deposit Company Asks Payment of $3000 in Opportunity Case. civil action growing out of leged withdrawals from the Opportunity State bank by Charles Arlington Schureman one of the tellers. started in Judge Lindsley's court Monday when the Fidelity Maryland brought suit again Moody, receiver for the bank According to the complaint and testimony offered in court, bond for $3000 arranged by the bank president, Somer, to any possible fault on the part said further that 17, 1931, chargthat had withdrawn total of $7000. all but $3000 which covered by deposits. The deposit company, after paying the bond. claims the bank was in error in that they failed to make good the payment after Schureman had arranged to cover the drawals.' James Williams is counsel for the company. The case continued in the afternoon.
