Bank of the Valley.-The Winchester Virginian of the 30th of May, received since our last publication, announces the suspension of specie payments by the Bank of the Valley. There is probably some mistake, therefore, about the rumor of its being made a Deposite Bank. We conclude so especially from the fact that the Virginian says nothing of it.
