CHANCERY COURT OF RICHMOND, TUESDAY.-The following cases were disposed of : Spilman vs. Bingham, &c. Order requiring the production of certain papers therein mentioned. Addington's executor vs. Sloat, &c. Decree making partial disposition of the fund. Planters National Bank vs. Lyons, &c. Order directing receiver to pay a bill of $24.75 for repairs out of the fund in his hands. Wharton vs. Dabney, &c. Decree providing for the disposition of a part of the fund as in said decree mentioned. Jackson vs. Jackson, &c. Decree, on petition of executor and guardian, referring cause to a commissioner for inquiry and report. Corbin vs. Mills, &c. Decree, on petition of Sarah C. Robinson, &c., authorizing change.of investment as therein set forth. Minor vs. McDowell; Robinson, &c., US. same. Opinion of court overruling exceptions and confirming report of commissioner. Decree ordered accordingly.
