Receivership Songht for Bankers Mortgage Company Topeka. Aug. Three creditors of the Bankers Mortgage company yesterday filed action in federal district court asking appointment of receiver the concern The son Alice Brandon Shaver Rey Shaver. the firm insolvent and the officers are transferring portions of its property to preferred creditors. Two other actions, both asking that receivers be appointed. were filed against the concern earlier in the week. One of them was filed by Roland Boynton. state's attorney general, who sought order from the Shawnee county district court restraining the firm from moving Its offices from To peka to Kansas City, Mo.
