CHANCERY COURT OF RICHMOND.The following cases were disposed of yesterday : Goddin & Apperson vs. Wrenn, &c. Decree sustaining exception to report of commissioner, giving personal decree against Wrenn, and if he do not pay the same that then the real estate in the bill and proceedings be sold. O'Neil's executor vs. Goddin and others. Decree referring cause to a commissioner for further inquiry and report. Cochran vs. Quarles, &c. Decree confirming report of commissioner and sale of farm in the bill and proceedings mentioned, and providing for the distribution of the fund. Gilliam, &c., vs. Taylor, &c. Decree referring cause to a commissioner for inquiry, account and report. Atkins, &c., vs. White, &c. Decree confirming report of commissioner and making distribution of the fund. Rutherford and others vs. Rutherford and others. Decree confirming report of Commissioner Evans and of commissioners of partition, and providing for the distribution of the funds in the hands of the personal representatives. Schofield and wife vs. Kreischman and others. Decree authorizing the funding of state stock and payment of the interest to the parties entitled thereto. Wilson and wife vs. Hill's administrator. Decree referring cause to a commissioner for inquiry and report. Wartman & Co. vs. Equality Life Insurance Company, &c. Decree in conformity with opinion of court, and recommending cause to a commissioner for further inquiry and report. Govan US. Drew and wife. Decree confirming report of commissioner and providing for the final distribution of the fund. Tardy vs. Matthews, &c. Decree in conformity with opinion of court overruling exceptions, confirming report of commissioner, settling amounts and priorities of claims, and directing sale of the real estate in the bill and proceedings mentioned. Gordon, &c., US. The City Savings Bank, &c. Decree directing receiver to make sale of certain property in his hands, and to collect notes, &c., now held by him. Pulliam's executor vs. Krischmann, &c. Decree in conformity with opinion of court sustaining exception to commissioner's report, and recommitting report to restate account in conformity with the principles settled by the court.
